Ms. Penny has represented numerous individuals in response to U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) investigations into diverse areas including plant performance, intentional violation of utility procedures, inaccurate statements to the NRC, claims of safety-conscious work environment discrimination, alleged cheating, security-related and force-on-force drill misconduct, and regulatory violations culminating in referrals to the U.S. Department of Justice.   These representations have taken her to many nuclear power plants in the United States.
